The Louisiana Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) helps families afford high-quality child care for children under the age of 13 (or 18 for children with special needs). Administered by the Louisiana Department of Education, CCAP provides financial support to eligible low-income families, making it easier for parents to work, attend school, or participate in job training programs.
